The mission of the Heber-Overgaard Fire District is to serve the people and to protect lives and property by providing fire, rescue, and emergency medical services.
VISION
The vision of the Heber-Overgaard Fire District is to be a diverse team of professionals committed to the highest level of service that meets the current and future needs of the community in which we serve.
MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY
The philosophy of the HOFD is to encourage and promote good strong work habits as well as sound and practical time management practices. In accomplishing this philosophy, the management of the department will strive to achieve superior customer service while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITY
