Effective immediately, and in coordination with surrounding districts, the HOFD fire station will need to restrict access to the general public in order to help protect our emergency service workers and staff. Public Health officials have recommended that community fire stations take steps to promote safe zones for emergency response personnel within our community. We will remain available to respond to emergencies and continue to have procedures in place, including necessary universal precautions to protect those we serve and those that provide care. Consult the (CDC) website in the link below for the most accurate and up-to-date information. And, as always, in case of an emergency, please call 911.
